Is it possible to combine multiple Purchase requisitions from different users into a single PO based on supplier , company code and delivery location  in SAP Ariba Buying and invoicing solution ? For example if there are multiple orders of a particular laptop from the same supplier and the delivery location is also same, we would like to combine the PRs into a single PO so that the delivery cost and carbon emission can be reduced.

Hello,

I think you can explore the demand aggregation feature of SAP Ariba. The feature allows combining of PRs into one before generating a PO based on certain criteria you will define.
