Invoice not found in Ariba buyer

Unable to find Supplier created invoices in Ariba Buyer portal. We also get below error notifications.

Hi

CXML Routing means you are integrating to the Suppliers ERP system. I'd suggest for testing purposes first go with Online or Email routing. Please try and let us know.

We are testing integration between Ariba Invoice to ERP invoice. We used Online Routing method but still unable to find the invoice in Buyer portal or CIG.

Attached the error notification occurred using Routing method Online

The invoice is in your customers AN Buyer Account and in CIG.

Invoice is in AN Buyer Account and in CIG, it is failing in between CIG and SAP which is what is triggering notifications to supplier.
