Internal error - Insert in sorted table IXADR2[] with

Hi Experts,

While a SRM Admin user tries to edit an existing address in SRM from SRM Admin portal, user is getting the error:

"Internal error - Insert in sorted table IXADR2[] with"

Is it something to do with exceeding any limit for any field ? Please suggest.

Please try Z-report Z_OSSNOTE_436119 in note 436119 or Z-report in note 594897 to fix this address.

Hi,

Note looks like Basis Note. Is this issue Basis related ? any ways to check or troubleshoot before going ahead with the Note.

I am unable to replicate the same in quality.

Hi,

Yes, this is a basis issue caused due to inconsistent database.
I don't think the issue can be reproduced, but can only be fixed with proper Z-reports.
