Internal and External Catalogs

Hi Sap Gurus,

Can anyone tell me the difference between Internal catalogs and External Catalogs

As per my knowledge... Internal catalogs are maintained by the company and External Catalogs are those which maintained by suppliers.....Is that true?

Are punchout catalogs External catalogs????

How can i differentiate internal and external catalogs from

SPRO--> SRM Server-->Master Data--> Content Management--> Define Ext.Web Services  (We are using SRM 7.01)

Hi Sanjay,

Basically, you are right. External catalogs are the same as punchout catalogs, this is just wording difference. Internal catalogs are SAP-supported catalogs maintained by the company, e.g. SRM-MDM Catalogs. The url and the call parameter have to be maintained in the above customizing link for both.

Is there any t-code to know the enhancement package which we are using...

I mean SRM 7.0 , ECC 6.0 with EHP4... any t-code to find ECC 6.0 with EHP4

Hi,

logon to SAP GUI and go to System -> Status... in the menu.
