Hi DSN Experts,
We are in the process of implementing Ariba DSN Supplier Portal for our client.
Need your expertise inputs to figure out the below issue.
While testing the Purchase Orders from S/4 HANA 1909 backend system to CIG, Interface communication between back end SAP system to CIG has stopped and we don’t see any purchase orders coming from backend SAP system appearing in CIG though the Purchase Order outbound IDOCs are successfully processed from the Back end SAP S/4 HANA Sys.
I have crossed checked the Business Appln ID and End Point and I see the below end points in AN.
One of the observations from our Tech Team is that PUser ID is locked in the backend system and our tech team is trying to reset the same. Meanwhile want to check with DSN SMEs does this PUser ID locking will cause Interface communication (Outbound and Inbound IDOCs) break between S/4 HANA and CIG ???
Any specific SAP transition is to be Run to initiate the Interface communication between back end S/4 HANA system to CIG ???

Hi Ahmed,
There was some Minor Tech Config issue with Cloud Connector as well. Tech team and SAP Support team fixed it and started working fine.

Thanks Prem. Yeah P User ID was reset and there was other issue as well, which has been fixed by our Tech Team
