Integration CIG - PI (Not Publish To External)

Hi Experts,

we are implementing Ariba Sourcing for ECC and Old ERP 4.7.

there are scenario to Update Purchase Info Record into SAP.

for ECC, we using these flow and works perfectly: Sourcing -> CIG -> Cloud Connector -> ECC

we planning to do these flow for Old ERP 4.7: Sourcing -> CIG -> Cloud Connector -> PI -> ERP 4.7 because the PI is not published to Internet/External network.

can someone guide on this?

we tried 2 option in CIG:

1. HTTPS. by putting PI service name (with Cloud Connector virtual host) -> say host unknown in CIG transaction tracker

2. Add-On. CIG called to cloud connector but the URL is standard Purchase Info Record (different than PI service url). we tried to create service alias in SICF, but not working.

Any guide will help.

CIG will not work with ERP 4.7 because CIG addon does not support this system.

You should use CI9 SP2.

PIR support is available from CI8.0+ versions according to:
