Inspite of logging off from SRM portal user is active in SRM GUI -SM04

Hello Experts,

We are in SRM 7.0 classic scenario.

We are using single login functionality where the user can access many portal using single logins.One of the application which the user can use is SRM7.0.We are facing an issue here,when the user logs off from SRM portal we can still that the user is still active in SRM as can be seen using transaction SM04.Please let me how can the session be automatically killed or closed when the user log offs from the SRM portal.

Any pointers will be highly apprecited.

Use SM12 to delete the users

SM12 - lock

but you need to findout who is holding the object via sm12 / sm04 or any batch jobs.

locks should happen if some one is in edit mode.
