Insert attachments into notifications

Dear SAP ARIBA Practitioners, I have setup the automatic sending of the registration questionnaire after the supplier request has been approved. Is there a way to include an attachment in the notification that Ariba send to the supplier when they are invited to register? Alternatively, is there a way to insert a compact link to a document hosted in a repository in the body of the same notification? Thanks and kind regards.

Hello fg,

Email notifications are sent by system using the Project Email Templates that are pre configured in the system. You may be able to add a link or URL of the webpage where the document is stored in the content body of the project email template.
