Inherited Plant in SAP SRM are coming from which table.

Hi,

I am using SAP SRM 7.0 classic scenario.

I create the users from the front end (SRM Portal) and assign the desire roles. While creation of the user in the front end, the same gets created in backend organisation structure and su01 as well. Meanwhile in Transaction code - ppoma_bbp (org structure) the locations are inherited. (Plants are called locations in SRM).

Can anyone tell from which table of SAP MM is the plant coming into SAP SRM. Document attached for reference.

Any help is appreciated.

Dear all,

Thanks for the reply.

I am still having issue. At the time of user creation from the portal, the plants are getting fetched from the ECC table and updating in SAP SRM, inherited field of org structure. But this varies for each user.

So my basic question is how is the inherited plants getting updated in the SRM org structure based on the user. Table T001W is having information related to the plants (locations).

Is there any information for the user and plant in some table?

Any help is appreciated.

In SRM backend , in PPOMA_BBP , check if the root org unit or the department units of the user have any plant assigned in Extended attributes tab.

Any user (via position) inherits the plants (and other attributes) assigned to the departments in the hierarchy.

Hi Ankita,

The plants are inherited in user attributes becuase any of the highest organization unit in user hierarchy must have these plant maintained.

Thanks @ Anshu
