Hi all,
We are on SRM 5.0 SP 12, ECS
What is the use of incoterms in SRM???Should this be populated in SHC or PO??
Also can the incoterms be replicated from ECC to SRM during vendor replication???If so,then during the PO creation for that particularvendor for which the incoterms are replocated to SRM from ECC,are the incoterms defaulted in PO???Which field in PO helds the incoterm data in SRM??
Request clarification before answering.
Hi
Incoterms are never replicated from ECC
They are created manually in SRM under
SPRO>Cross Application Basic Setting>Create Incoterm
The Incoterm which is existing in ECC system - the same has to be create in SRM
While Replicating Vendor from ECC,the entries will be visible in Table BBPM_BUT_FRG0061
If the Incoterm does not exist in SRM and exist only ECC system, than while replicating there will be warning message and
Incotern field in Table BBPM_BUT_FRG0061 will be Blank
Please rewards some points if this fine.

Hi,
Incoterms are intended primarily to clearly communicate the tasks, costs and risks associated with the transportation and delivery of goods. Its associated with a location.
We need this in SRM because the final outcome from SRM will a source of supply or ordering of the goods.
Hope this info helps.

Sam
