Incosistenancy in user B.P number

Hi All,

I have assigned the user to Org model (Under company code) and made him has a Manager

But, when i log with same user, check his settings from > Settings (top -menu ) - Position (left side)

Dept, Position ,street, House no ,Postal code and city not appearing for one user ( Which should come from Org model)

Thanks for your promt response

However, i have placed user into different Dept, then it will works fine, means from SRM Posiion ( user - settings), able see all the values ( whcih comes from Org structure)

But, again put the user back to orignal Dept, then position area looks blank

Run 'HRALXSYNC" report showes an incosistency with BP no

Hi All,

When i ran the report " HRALXSYNC" report for the user, getting below error message:

"Business partner for user HEIJMANSR (user name) is missing or contains error

However, B.P number is there for above user

Hi Hareesha,

1. Please assign the user's position to another organisation unit

2. Please save the changes

3. Please assign the users's position back to the original organisation

unit

4. Please save the changes again

Theese steps will re-generate the missing business partner linkages.

Additionally kindly implement the notes 1089019 and 1135966 in order to

avoid some incorrect result display in the report HRALXSYNC.
