Incomplete Shopping cart

Hi All,

Can anyone please explain me what is Incomplete Shooping cart?

I know about Incomplete PO which will be created when we dont give Vendor details in shopping cart. please explain what is incomplete SHC and when it will be created and in held status.

Hi Veena,

incomplete SC means some data are missing or wrong.

You can only save **** SC, but not order.

As soon, as you provide all necessary data - you will be able to order SC.

Missing Vendor is not a reason for shopping cart. Possible issues for example: purchasing group can not be determined, accounding data are wrong, etc.

Hi Veena,

An incomplete SC is nothing but with status HELD in BBP_PD.

If you SAVE the Shopping cart before you complete the third step (Complete & Order) while creating a SC.
