In SLP - Supplier ERP ID change in Migration Project

Hello experts,

We need suggestion on below Scenario which is related to SLP Solution :

We have number of supplier in Ariba portal as well as s/4 hana , but we are going to change the number range of these supplier in S/4 hana .

Now we want to Send this New suppliers from SAP S/4 hana to SAP ariba. For this requirement we are having difficulty as follows :

1. Already Old suppliers are present in the Ariba Portal and there should not be any duplicate supplier with same description

2. Also we want to send the email notification to those supplier whose ERP ID's are getting Changed.
