In SAP SRM portal particular User not able to view Catalogues but other users able to see same

Greetings of the day!

I am very new to SAP SRM, could you please suggest how should I check this issue to fix.

In SAP SRM portal particular User ‘MGR1234’ not able to view Catalogues but other users able to see same .

User is getting blank screen as below. Tried with functional user id , he could see the Catalogue , when he tried with user MGR1234, Catalogue screen is blank. User should be able to see the catalogues.

Hello Experts,

I fix this issue by unhide the visible elements and restoring the users settings in the first screen (Shop button).Hence second screen's cateloge automatically visible without any blank screen.
