Thanks for your quick response and information. The situation is we are looking into implementing monthly time sheets with monthly rates for a select group, and my team wanted to know if these sheets could also be auto-populated so that the individual workers or suppliers don't need to populate the time sheets. In other words, so they would have default values and not require the user to enter hours/units for each day.

Hi- You can also look into using Rate Schedule. Shifts are included on rate schedules and are used to show the hours and days a worker is scheduled to work and this is defaulted on the time sheet. Rate rules can also be used to auto allocate the time to certain rates on the time sheet. For more information on Rate Schedule Time Sheets, you can visit our SAP Help Portal here. Thanks for your question! To get you the best answer, we may need additional context of your business rules and process.

Time can be autofilled via a time sheet upload/integration if you’re trying to eliminate a redundant time entry system or step.  This assumes the hours are submitted in another system, then they can come over approved or pending approval.

Time from the first day can also be copied to populate the remaining days on the timesheet itself by using a button that says “Copy values” on the left corner of the Day field.

There is not a native config or rule that can auto-fill time sheets in the UI without an integration. Generally contingent labors payroll rules vary from full time employees, including variable work hours with unique payroll rules per location, multiple cost allocations may be needed, varying types of labor classification, etc.

We would be happy to work with you directly to make sure the solution or guidance we offer is addressing your need.  Please contact us via https://support.fieldglass.com/Fieldglass

Thank you.
