Important Tables in vendor list Creation

Hello Experts,

I am new to SRM. Can you please tell me the tables needed in vendor list creation

Most importantly which table contains the list of vendors in vendor list.

Hi Sarnava,

For vendor list, you may run FM BBP_PD_AVL_GETLIST to list them in result table E_PDLIST.

BUT000 : Table for all kind of partners in SRM (Bidders, Vendors, contact persons, suppliers, goods recipients, etc..)

Others BUT000, BUT100, BUT050, etc

VENMAP  : Vendors replicated from R/3 backend using BBPGETVD Transaction.

CVI_VEND_LINK

BBPM_BUT_FRG0061.

FM which can be used :

BUPA_GETDETAILS

BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESS_GETDETAIL

Also rem you can see the vendor in the org structure by Transaction pposv_bbp with all vendor groups and the vendor numbers with thier Business partner details etc ..
