Implement the LAC - live action component - data protection system issues

Dear experts ,

We work SRM u2013 SERVER 5.5 and we would like to implement the LAC - live action component.

The customer want that supplier will be able to log on to SRM-EBP and create by himself the vendor bid. But he very troubled regards the suppliers will log on to his own SRM system.

Can you tell as what are the best ways to deal with the data protection issues that follow this step (suppler log on in to the system, create vendor bid etc.).
