Impact analysis button is only used if you are also tracking other processes, e,g, Shipments, Deliveries and Purchase Orders. I have created the SO-->FU-->FO--> Outbound delivery all of them are visible in GTT , all idoc has been processed successfully, still I'm not able to see the Impact Analysis button in Shipment.
If you have followed the SAP Help guides it should work. I guess you need to debug the abap extractors and make sure all idocs are triggered correctly and contain good data. If that fails you should probably create a ticket/case.
I'm guessing that you have a missing idoc. Normally I test SO>Delivery>FU>FO and that works. Some of the idocs connect the process chain together so I'm not sure what happens if you create the delivery after the FO. Please test creating in the above sequence.
I have tested this sequences also which you have mention still I'm not able to see that option and I couldn't see the items option also if we have multiple items.
