Image can't be seen in UI SRM-MDM Catalog

HI Experts,

I'm trying to activate Image feature of SRM-MDM. I was able to import images (store in repository) in Data Manager and link it with a catalog item. I also added the field Image in the UI Configuration. I made sure that I modified to the correct user and correct repositories. However, when I check in UI, Image column is just blank. When I right click and click on View Image, it would take me to another blank window with this link: https://mdmcatalog-dev.web.(company):50001/webdynpro/resources/sap.com/tc_wddispwda/global/SSR/1.gif. I also made sure the the name of the image in the image table is same to image linked to the catalog item. I've read all the thread regarding Image and it's either it was not answered or they've suggested the steps i did already. My version of MDM is 7.1.05.66. Appreciate your help on this. Thanks!

Hello,

what is your SRM-MDM Catalog version?

There is a known issue with catalog images that was fixed in SRM-MDM Catalog 3.0 SP03 Patch7.

If you are using a older version, update your catalog, java api and mdm server to the latest version.
