I need Purchase Requisition data from SRM

Hi,

I have to capture Purchase Requistion data from SRM 7 and send it to Microsoft Duet in XML format.

I have worked with ECC BAPIs but no idea how to work with SRM 7 and what is available in SRM7.

Please guide me the high level steps or link or document..

HI ,

SRM only hold the purchase requistion number in Shoipping cart.

If you want full PR info then you may have to consider ERP system.

Hi Sam,

I have to capture Shopping Cart workflow - Approve / Reject.

So, If I use BBP_PD_SC_GETLIST function, there are no workflow detail.

So, do I have to go ECC to get workflow information or  SRM can give me?

HI raj,

If you need workflow information on SC then SRM is the place to check.

You may check bbp_pd tcode in SRM for table details on SC.
