HRALXSYNC setting central block on business partner

Does anyone know why HRALXSYNC sets the central block on the business partner of the user? The program also likes to detach the users from the positions and org relationship and if anyone has any pointers as to why it does that?

you are telling it is troubling you.

create a message to SAP.

as you aware you can block bp vi aweb manage BP or BP via GUI or table level ..

Andrew,

Do you have an active HR replication? If yes, please check the user status in ECC. If the user is terminated or set as inactive in ECC, the user gets detached from the org structure and bp is locked.
