HR - SRM Organization Integration

Hi experts,

We are Implementing SRM 7 EHP3 with ECC 6 EHP7 with Extended Classic Scenario.

I am looking for HR replication steps from SAP SRM side in the system, Can anyone please guide me what all are the configuration steps required in SRM system to activate HR/ALE distribution list,number ranges and then what all are the reports i need to schedule and please let me know the basic steps require to configure in ECC side also.
