How user licensing works?

Hi,

We have enabled Sourcing and Contracts module on our client Ariba site. They are wondering how does the user licensing works? Does the counts for Sourcing License Users and Contracts License Users are separated?

Hi Fhea,

It's actually based on type of license you acquired , if you purchased separate licenses for Sourcing and Contract and then it will be calculated individually but in case if you purchased it for Strategic Sourcing Suite then all Upstream modules will be consolidated.
