How to use SWIA

Hi Sap Gurus,

Can anyone tell me how to use SWIA t-code to forward a work item to particular user... I was looking for what are all the fields we need to fill to forward that workitem in the below screen shot

Hi Sanjay,

you need to fill Indentificator field with workitem id. Then make a selection.

On the next step you should klick forward as administrator...

The enter username of desired agent and klick continue.
