How to upload an empty value to remove the existing value from the system? SAP Fieldglass

Dear all, 

While doing upload in SAP Fieldglass how can I upload an empty field in the CSV file (if cell is left empty system will consider that there is not change). My scope is to remove the description from all JP templates. 

I tried "" and "NULL" and '' nothing works

Any ideas ?

Hi Mircea,

I doubt that this is still an issue for you since it has been almost 1 year. However, I wanted to provide an answer. First, it makes more sense to replace the descriptions with the new values or to delete the templates rather than blank out the descriptions completely. Having said that, you can put HTML code such as a "BR" tag <br> or a "P" tag <p> in the description field of your CSV file to blank out the current value upon upload.
