How to transfer the supplier master data from SRM system to MDM catalog?

Dear Experts,

Could you please help me to know how to transfer the supplier master data from SRM system to SRM MDM catalog? Can we use the report 'BBP_CCM_TRANSFER_CATALOG' for that?

Can we also transfer the supplier master data from ECC backend system to Catalog system?

Hi

Standard SRM solution offers functionality to transmit contract data to SRM MDM Catalog solution. At the same time it is also possible to send Supplier List from SRM to SRM MDM. Both of these integrations requires XI between SRM and SRM MDM.

It is not possible to transmit Suppliers from SRM to SRM MDM. But it is possible to have Suppliers transferred from ROS to SRM MDM.

If you are interested in development, it is possible to have a custom development which could pick suppliers from SRM and send data to XI as XML which could then be mapped to SRM MDM catalog.

Hi Ranjan.

As mentioned by Shiv, If you want to transfer supplier data from SRM system, then you can use the report "ROS_SUPPLIER_SEND_TO_CATALOG". But this report can be executed only from SUS client. Also to extract supplier data from ECC, you can extend the configuration settings in MDMGX transaction to send supplier information through FTP.

Ranjan,

You can use "ROS_SUPPLIER_SEND_TO_CATALOG" standard program to transfer Supplier Data from SRM to MDM.

This program will send data to PI and in PI you need to configure standard interface for supplier data replication to MDM.
