Hi,
I have a problem that shopping cart always have the same language as defualt language of Browser? How I can set up defualt language as English? This need to be able to setup for all the users who are using this application.
Thanks.
Hello Lauren,
how users connect to SRM UI Add-On? Through NWBC for HTML?
If i am correct, and no SSO is used, connection language should be available on the log-in screen.
If not, ask to Basis Team to make necessary modification in the system logon configuration of ICF service /default_host/sap/bc/nwbc/srm.
Other solution is to default logon language to English for the SAP SRM system. Here also, check with our Basis Team.
There is no solution for the user to maintain by himself default connection language in the User Interface with NWBC for HTML.
For SAP Portal, maybe what is indicated by Ivy can be done.
Regards.
Laurent.

Hi Laurent,
Thanks for your reply. We are using SSO and gateway for UI Add-On.
Through NWBC we always have English version.
I will check with our Basis team what they can do. Insteresting thing is when I access SRM UI via Fiori, the logon language is Browser language, however when I logon directly via this link: saperq.ad2.kemira.com:8000/sap(bD1lbiZjPTEwMCZkPW1pbg==)/bc/bsp/srmnxp/shoppingcart/defaults.htm
Language is always English.

Hi,
In SRM portal, at the top, there is one button/option called "Personalize". Click it, and in the pop-up page, click "User Profile" and edit the language to the target language. Save it and refresh the portal.
