How to set substitute limit for a workflow approver in SAP SRM?

Can we set a substitute for workflow based on some value limit in SAP SRM 7.

Is there any BADI available for doing this enhancement?

Hello!

Actually the substitution functionality was created with planned or unplanned absence in mind, so basically if the approver has a substitute and the substitution rule is activated, value limits are not getting considered, thus there are no BAdIs available for this purpose.
