How to send offline approval mail for a forwarded workitem

Hi All

I am scheduling report- /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND to send offline approval notification mail. My problem is, if a user (say User A) forwards the workitem to User B, then we need to send a offline approval notification mail to User B (which was sent already to User A).

Please let me know, is there any config. needs to be done? or what approach need to follow.

I think it works in standard. What is your support package level?

Thanks for your reply Masa.

We are using SRM 7.0 and level- 0007 (3rd column from SAP BASIS under system->status->component information). Not sure is this 0007 is support package level. Please correct if i am wrong.

Hi,

I dont think System will send another email approval notification to approver B who the workitem has been forwarded to...

I think there is not mechanism that will inform again to offline approval program to send the email to Approver B when A forward the workitem..
