How to send notification to bidder automatic

Dear Expert,

Now we are using SRM 7.0. and process control workflow. For RFx , we use automatic approval workflow .

After I created and publish RFx, I think system shoud send notification to bidder contract person.

But in our SRM system, system can not automatic send notification , only can send out when I manual send notification through "Send Notification " button or "Repear Output" in OUTPUT MEDIUM button.

I checked SOST, when I publshed RFx, there is no information about RFx .

But when I manual send notification , there is information about rfx in SOST , and can send email out to bidder.

Do I missed any configuration about it?

Your help would be really appreciated.

Please check the Processing Time (Processing when saving document) and Processing Time (Mail) in Define Actions for Document Output customizing?

Hi,

Please check the task group 40000003. Here make sure RFX and Bid approvals status are green (General task).
