How to see SAP SRM Shopping Cart details and approvers?

Hello SAP experts,

May I kindly ask what table can I extract to or how can I see a list of shopping cart created for a specific period? And the list will show me the shopping cart number, value, purchasing group and approvers? I need this to select a a sample testing for audit purposes.
