how to search or filter in the SRM shopping cart approval rule screen

How to perform the search or filter in tcode ZSRM_SC_RESP without going into the overview screen? Because I wish to search for the user assign under certain responsibility.

I manage to get the all the list using table HRP1001 under OTYPE: RY(responsibility) and SCLAS: US(user).

Nope, multiple users across the globe are editing the SRM responsibility table.

For example, am I able to filter out the only responsibility rule I belong to? In this case, only RY50014790 & RY50014797.

Or apply search function? but the search button is gray out in tcode ZSRM_SC_RESP

I think I got your point.

All the positions or organizations assigned under responsibility tab are stored in HRP1001 as subtype A490.
You may find out all the relevant entries for the corresponding group.

If you would like to know all the assigned organizations or positions under responsibility tab, go to check table HRP1001 using se16 t-code:
SUBTY A490
Then all the groups which have organizations or positions assigned will be listed.

But we are not allowed to have SE16 tcode access.

This is not I want. I want the table for ZSRM_SC_RESP not PPOSA_BBP.

The table showing result from attributes not responsibility.

Hi,

ZSRM_SC_RESP is a custom t-code, and you have to tell me the logic of it, or else it is impossible to know the table that custom transaction used. Why not raise an incident to SAP so that processor could logon to your system to help?

Thanks Ivy, will check with internal team on which table that used to store info for tcode ZSRM_SC_RESP.

If really can't, will raise this concern to SAP team.
