How to SAP handle PO tax value before invoicing stage

Please does SAP post tax line of a PO to a commitment ledger?

For example

PO line 1: Qty= 10 price= 200 total = 2000

Line 2: Qty =5 price = 400 Total = 2000

Subtotal = 4000

total tax = 500

Total = 4500

Commitment transaction: (Proactis solution)

Line 1: Qty= 10 price= 200 total = 2000

Line 2: Qty =5 price = 400 Total = 2000

Total = 4000

On receipt (to clear commitment)

Line 1: Qty= -10 price= 200 total = -2000

Line 2: Qty = - price = 400 Total = -2000

Does SAP post tax value into the commitment transaction?
