How to replicate the address number to SRM from ECC

Dear All,

We are in SAP SRM 7.0 (Extended classic scenario). In BUT020 table we have address number mapped to BP.

But the address number is not present in ADRC table of SRM system.

Kindly suggest on how to replicate the address number from ECC to SRM (ADRC table)

Hello,

Is this address related to a vendor BP?

Why don't you try replicating the vendor again (tcode bbpupdvd) after making a small change to vendor address?

The particular address number is not related to Vendor BP, it is related to Org BP.

Have you tried updating the address of that Org BP in BP tcode or in PPOMA_BBP?

That particular BP is not opening via BP-tcode because of address number missing error.

And we are not maintaining address number for BP via PPOMA_BBP.

I reviewed the whole discussion, and would like to clarify the issue with the following questions:

1, Are you replicating ECC vendors to SRM?

2, Are you replicating organization from HR system to SRM?

With the above information, then we could help to identify if your requirement can be realized.

Thank you for your response.

1. Yes, we are replicating the vendors from ECC to SRM using the TCode -BBPGETVD.

2. Yes, the org structure are replicated from ECC to SRM using the TCode - PFAL.

Our current issue is, for the the Organization Business Partner an address number is mapped in

BUT020 table but the respective address number is not present in ADRC table of SRM system.

So we need to bring the missing address number to SRM from ECC.

Would you please show me all the entries in table T77S0 with GRPID as "HRALX" in SRM side?

Please make screenshot to show it.

Meanwhile since the organization is replicated from HR system, would you please check if it has

seperate address in HR side?

Hi Kamal,

First please read 2.g) in note 550055.

Since OADRE is active, would you please check if the problematic organization in HR systm has seperate address? If not, please tell me if you defined a standard address in OADBP.

If they are all defined well, I would like to know if this issue happened to all organizations coming from HR replication. If not, please replicate the organization again from HR side.

Hi Ivy,

The problematic org BP has the same address in both SRM & EC and the standard address is maintained in OADBP.

This issue occured only for certain number of org BP's.

Thanks for your input and it was helpful.

In our scenario there was a inconsistent entry in table BUT050, so we deleted the entry using a program. Then we executed the programs from note 517377 & 1610848 for the affected BP in BUT020 & BUT021_FS.

Now the issue is resolved.
