How to register an S/4RFQ to be linked to Sourcing

S/4RFQ and Sourcing are being verified for linkage.
S/4RFQ registration is possible in two patterns, FIORIAPP and TRCD:ME41, which one is recommended to use?

ME41 is still available in S4 but the S4 way to do is to use S4 Fiori Apps -

1, Manage RFQ--to create RFQ and Invite vendors (S4 creates only one document compared to each document with ME41 in ECC)

2. Once the Vendor has the response --You use Manage Supplier Quotations (instead of ME47)

3. You use the Compare Quotation app to compare vendors and award the quotation to the selected vendor 

4. Create a PO from the awarded quotation 

5. Close the RFQ once awarded 

Note -- S4 Manage RFQ does not support item category D-- you should be lean services if you are using service procurement or have use of getting RFQ or quote for item category D.
