How to obtain "Billed in Full" status at shopping cart item?

Hi Gurus:

In CRM_JEST table active status from a shopping cart item is "Follow-on Document Created" (I1113), but when I display shopping cart in web browser the status showed is "Billed in Full" (which is correct).

How can I obtain this status "Billed in Full"?

Is there a function module that returns this status?

Do I have to do some calculation to get it ?
