How to map CLM Extension Definition to SAP ERP

Hello Experts,

I am writing this time because I wonder if it is possible to modify the XML that CLM generates to send to PI.

I have extensions I need to send to ERP through PI.

I made a test, i send a MA to PI, PI recived the XML and sent to me the XML generated from CLM. It didn't include the extensions i created.

Is there a way to include that in the CLM XML structure.

You can do so in the IDC - Under setup->system setup ->Integrated Document config.

select ERP integrated document config. If you dont see anything in the excluded/Included attribute list -> add new and add Contracts.contract- > if you go into the details you will be able to specify what fields/collections have to be included in the XML file to PI/ECC..

I tried that but i didn't scroll down to the end of the page. The created extention are in the button  i dind't see them before.
