how to make PO's visible during confirmations

Can anyone let me know how can we make PO's created by users to be visible  during confirmations ?

also is there an search capability that users can check PO's  based on different criteria , is there an option to keep it visible by default ?

Hi AAA,

While doing the confirmation for a PO, the PO number will be come by default in your confirmation.

You can search the PO's which are pending for confirmation by using PO number, shopping cart number, date and time(today, last 1 week, etc..).
