I am basically a Spend management consultant working on Ariba Analysis., now I am planning to move towards SAP SRM. Please give me tips is it is useful to future career and How to start learning SAP SRM.
In particularhow to kicki start with SRM.

Ofcourse it will help you!!
You can refer a lot of config guides on service marketplace. To get started may be you can go through SRM210 as a general document which will give you an overview of various processess in SRM.
