How to get the Rejected Shopping cart numbers

Hi Experts,

My requirement is to get the list of rejected shopping carts and I need to use it in a report. But in BBP_PD the status will remain in "Awaiting Approval" even after rejecting a SC.

And in CRM_JEST table, there are no entries for 'I1331' (SC Rejected).

Is there any way to solve the problem?

Hi,

If the shopping cart workitem is rejected then the status in BBP_PD transaction will change to Release Rejected.
