How to extend/ avoid the screen timeout in SAP Fieldglass

Hi Expert,

The user is getting logged out after few min in the system.

Kindly help us with setting how to extend the screen timeout in FG

Hi

In the company config there is a setting "Max session timeout (min)", which defines the maximum login session inactivity timeout in minutes. To change that setting, you need to engage the SAP support or get in touch with your account services team.
