How to delete inbound message from SOIN?

Hi All,
We are running SRM 5 ECS system, an approver sent offline approval mail to SRM but with a space in between the GUID in the body of the mail hence the report RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL is unable to process it. It throws dump, we would like to either delete the entry or remove the space from the GUID in the body.
Please advise how to?
