how to create huge number of delivery address

Hello

We normally create delivery address in SRM using the Manage Business Partners (Purchasing Companies) via web/portal and assign the generated address number in the attribute ADDR_SHIPT in org structure.

We have a requirement to create several of them in SRM7. We have 7.13 version.

Here are my questions:
(1) Can the address number generated (with values in address tab) in creating non-purchasing companies org units (ex: departments) in ppoma  be used as delivery address attribute? Or do we really have to assign created addresses under purchasing companies? We already have a program creating org units and filing up the address tab in pposa_bbp.

If the above question is in negative,
(2) How to create a huge number of delivery address under purchasing companies so I can assign them as attribute for positions?
