How to convert Image/Logo into URL

Hello,

My requirement is to convert Logo (That is already uploaded via SE78) and saved in one custom table according to company code.

This logo needs to send it to Ariba in form of URL. That URL should work in any browser.

How to convert that image/logo into URL via ABAP?

If anyone can help that would be appreciated.

I don't think there's a standard Web service to get SE78 graphics. What you can do is create an ICF Service (SICF), create a handler (ABAP class which implements IF_HTTP_EXTENSION) and assign it to the ICF service, make the ABAP class read the SE78 graphics you want (indicate code for Logo ID in URL and use request->get_uri_parameter( name = 'logoID' ) to retrieve it from the URL, and get the graphics via cl_ssf_xsf_utilities=>get_bds_graphic_as_bmp) and return it (response->set_data(...)).

Above is a possible solution but not the only one. Search the Web for more information.

NB: I'm surprised that SAP system is to be a logo provider, I'm not sure it's the best solution, but it's your requirement.

A better solution to store graphics/logos is the MIME directory. There you automatically will have an URL.
