How to configure a workflow to re-approve only in case of revise amount in PO?

The system can be configure about has been approved then if have edit something impact to amount then re-approve but if not about amount didn't re-approve.

The flexible workflow restart can be done in two ways, either you define the restart relevant fields in the SSCUI where any changes to those fields will restart the workflow or you can implement the Restart BADI in custom logic app where you can define the custom logic and control the restart.
