We are searching a way to choose an approver in any process without the default setting supervisors in Ariba and find the way as the URL shows. "Manual Selection of Qualified Approvers | SAP Help Portal"
If you have any similar experience, please let us know if there are another way to solve the problem.
Also, we couldn't well understand the application of "Manual Selection of Qualified Approvers" after the step of setting a custom field by SAP Ariba Customer Support. It could be helpful if you describe the process after the step of setting a custom field precisely, especially regarding where the custom field will be set and what will be added by the custom field.
