How to change the character length for Display_name of a Master agreement

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement in my project where i have to increase the character length of the DISPLAY_NAME field of master agreement to 70.I checked in the page customization but it seems that there is no option there.In my project we have renamed the display name field and are using it.Now client want to increase the length of the field.Please give your comments and suggestions to make this work.

Its not possible to increase the standard field length.
