How to change mandatory fields as optional fields in Sourcing Project under SAP Ariba classic?

My client is asking if its possible to Make the Commodity, Baseline Spend and Target Savings be optional in Sourcing Project, is it possible without incurring additional charges? If yes what is the steps I need to follow?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Sourcing Project. Mandatory fields are showing.

2. Can we make this Commodity, Baseline Spend and Target Savings be optional without incurring additional charges? How?

Field configuration changes you need, can be done by SAP support (at no additional cost), please reach out to your customer engagement executive or SAP support to request the change. Please provide the full details to assist you quickly.
