How to change cost element after releasing order ?

Hello I need help for changing cost element because it changes every year .

we consumed our budget of 2016 and all orders in 2016 must be transfer to 2017 budget .

if there is any way to change cost element show me how pls.

otherwise I have to re-create allo 2016 order again in 2017 budget 😞

Dear Customer,

Do you have follow on document (GR IV ) posted for the PO ?
If yes, I am afraid the PO account assignment could not be changed.
