How to bring the Task History comments into an Task Approval Report

Hi all,

I've put together a report which has the following facts:

main fact = sourcing project

second fact = task approvals

I've been able to bring in all of the necessary data except for the approval comments. When I select the comment field under task approvals it is not bringing in all of the comments. I say this because when I go to the task in a respective sourcing project and click on "Task History" I can see much more comments that are not being brought into my report. This is the data I need in my report but I can't seem to find the correct field to pull in this information. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.approval-task-task-history.png

Hello Justin,

You cannot report on history of workspaces or projects. The FACT for history/Task History does not exist in analytical reporting.

Thus you may be able to view the History tab of each workspace, you can export using TABLE OPTIONS options menu.

See my attachment - we can bring the reviewer/approver comments in the analytical report, but not the complete task history.
